Hi all,
I thought I'd ask a question I've been pondering for a while.
We use Ultra, and are trying to get it working on a network (yes I know your
supposed to sign a contract that says not to). The problem is that when
using Wingate there is some sort of conflict and our connection with just
stop and hang for about 30 secs..then start happily again for another 10
mins..then just stop for another 20 to 30 secs. It doesn't disconnect..it
just stops transfering data. Works fine when Wingate is switched off. But
once sharing is enabled and wingate is switched on it decides to stop doing
this.. All we can think is some tricky ihug programming that doesn't allow
you to network it. But then I asked a few others and they said they could
get it going fine. Currently its running on a windows platform (couldn't get
it to connect properly on linux so if anyone knows how to make it work with
that I'm all ears: Redhat 6.2), using a slightly older ultra card from the
days when it had a real name like satnet..
Can anyone give me any ideas on what I can do about it?

Aaron
