mail loops

My apologies for the mail loop. AFAIK, my server wasn't at fault. I
suspect who it is, but will investigate later. In the meantime, I've
removed this suspect from the list. Hopefully the repeating mail messages
will now stop. I have also notified the postmaster of the domain in question.
I don't have command line access to my server from here, so that has limited
my response somewhat.

FWIW: this same thing happened on the ADSL list about a month ago. Perhaps
the culprits are the same. I don't know
yet.
