Check out www.linux.net.nz and sub to the NZLinug User group mailling list and
then post your message there.

I know that there is at least one lurker on that list that has set up wavelink
or wavelan or something wireless networking between a local ISP (where he works)
and a local highschool.

The link is 2Mbit and approx 10Km in legnth (line of site). It runs a linux
router at each end which basically sees the wireless card as an ethernet NIC and
happily routes data over private IPs.
