Hi All,

I'm wondering if there are many Ultra users (Satellite rather than Sky
Tower) out there who want to share their impressions with me (and the list).

I'm about to move house and am looking for high-speed access of some kind.
It seems that Jetstream is not available in the new subdivision where I'm
locating to. Typical Telecom! - and besides I object to the volume charging
- I could see it getting very expensive very quickly if I go over my 400/600
Meg limit. Does anyone know the story on Jetstream Lite?

The whole situation is pretty frustrating in NZ. I've just returned from a
year or so in Toronto where I had unlimited adsl (Nortel Networks hardware
running pppoe) for 39.95 a month, 1.1mbit connection and typical sustained
downloads of 100-115k/sec.

How fast is Ultra, the info on the ihug web site is VERY non-technical
(warning warning will rogers!). Is it reliable? Is the lag noticeable? How's
the support?

Any other general impressions would be appreciated.
