This looks pretty reasonable -- assuming that they add up all peak
and offpeak traffic for the month and then subtract the 2 GB from the
peak total (and any remainder from the offpeak total), rather than
saying "it's the 20th and you've hit 2 GB so everything from today is
charged".

What are Saturn and Jetstream charging for excess MB now? Still 20 - 30 c/MB?
