Quiet list this one isn't it.

>According to Microsoft's Product Support web site the following is
recommended
>Initial UDP Outbound - IP Address 207.46.204.* - Port(s) 9000
>Subsequent UDP Outbound - IP Address 207.46.204.* - Port(s) 9000, 9008,9012
>Subsequent UDP inbound - IP Address 207.46.204.* - Port(s)
9000,9001,9004,9005,9008,9009,9012,9013

>However the Sharing Device configuration software asks for the following
info:
>Name (that is a common name so easy)
>Enable (Yes or No ) (again obvious)
>IP Address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
>Internal Port Number XXXX (i.e. 9000)
>External Port Number XXXX (i.e. 9000)
>OK the issue is that the Microsoft Site has a * as the 4th set of digits
in the ip address.

Therefore

Name xxxx
Enable Yes
IP Address 192.168.X.X
Internal Port Number 9000
External Port Number 9000

Where 192.168.X.X is the IP address of the system you are running the game
on.
Repeat for all inbound ports i.e. 9001,9004,9005,9008,9009,9012,9013
