I've created a broadband-sendonly list. This is useful for people who
have more than one email address.

If you subscribe an email address to the broadband-sendonly list, you
do not recieve list messages at that email address, but you can send
messages to broadband@unixathome.org from that address. Hence
the term, sendonly.
