I believe Centrex is a service supplied by Telecom. Centrex is usually
between two branch offices to avoid the per minute charge on all business
(voice only?) calls between the offices. I would be interested in Telecoms
repsonse to a request to supply Centrex for data. I <suspect> that this
response (policy?) may change with the area you live in.

I would be very surprised if you could not get an ISDN line. Very small
towns usually have ISDN available from Telecom. ISDN to an ISP with a local
number might be the problem.
