So you are in Christchurch I take it? If that's the case I think I need to
complain to Saturn since their cable contractor installed our CATV
connection just last week and I specifically expressed interest in the
Broadband connection (the installer didn't seem to be up with the play on
broadband internet connections).

I know they can do it at any time; I thought it would better all around if
they put in the coax connection for the cable modem at the same time as the
phone/CATV connections to save an extra trip (even if the broadband wasn't
officially available, which apparently it is).
