I have finished a command line program which downloads and displays the
current usage figures for TelstraClear cable plans, and which is
suitable for use with cron.

http://volker.dnsalias.net/soft/script/telstracabletraffic

Example:

> telstracabletraffic -s
TelstraClear cable internet usage
 Used this month: 123 Mbyte
 Used this month: 10 %
 Left this month: 9999 Mbyte
 Monthly volume: 0G
 This month ends: 2006-06-10
 Active since: 2006-05-02
 Plan name: HighSpeed Service 123456

> telstracabletraffic -u
123

Run it without arguments and it'll tell what to do next.
